4x4 problem

I wish we had global warming here in Northeast Ohio. Snowing like hell already. Anyway, when I needed 4x4hi the other day, it wouldn't engage. Low 4x4 works, but when I push 4x4HI it keeps kicking back into 2 wheel. I don't hear it engaging. I have a 96 LS 2dr Blazer.

Is there a manually shift kit that I can buy?

Thanks CWF

Re: 4x4 problem

No on manual shift kit.

What transfer case?
ID Tag is on back.
Does it have a auto button on shift buttons?

Go to 4W low and see if it will catch 4W high on road back out of low?
