95 gmc jimmy gets fuel but no spark - plz help

just put a motor in, went to turn it over with all sensors replaced and got no spark, replaced coil, ignition module, cam sensor, crank sensor, tested all wires for cont. - went by the book and looked to see if there was a pulse signal, no pulse signal but each sensor is getting the proper voltage. i dont know what to do now

What engine and engine code?
Flat top or old style dist?
Any codes?

4.3 vin w - the one with the cpi spider, obd 1.5 or 2, what ever you wanna call it- i just checked the timing chain, it has a little slack in it, could that be a problem?
