Adjust rear brakes

I have a 2000 Voyager Van with 3.0 liter. How do you adust the rear parking brake?

E brake mechanisms are notoriously faulty. You may require a new pedal assembly. Otherwise follow the cable from the front left where the mechanism is, back towards the rear of the vehicle. There will be a black plastic box the cable ends go into. An adjustment can be done there, otherwise the pedal assembly does the adjusting along with the shoe adjusters.
