Nice build new Tom, amazing how simple the 2001 car looks compared to the F2008!

Super clean looking build. The seat belts in particular look excellent. So too do the carbon fiber decals and the wood plank on the underside, very impressive.Which red did you paint the body with..?? It's extremely bright, almost hurt my eyes to look at it....!!!!!
The attention to detail on the steering wheel is also very nice

I used TS-49 bright red over white primer and TS-26 pure white!

oh, and i forgot to mention it how awful the Scale motorsport CF decal were... well, the decal is nice but NONE of the temlpates were fit!!!

just an examlpe on the radiator duct decals, the right one was the original and the left one what I REALLY NEED IT..... see the differents??

so I had to make ALL the templates

oh well, it was a fun built anyway! I loved it!
I bought an other F2001, the full view version, what I'll built as the F2002 Austrailan GP car! will post pic!!

have a nice one everyone!!
Tom

Indeed, very impressive work.

It's almost a shame that the clean job you did on the engine bay is hidden by the cowling.

Really a verry good job.

Re: Ferrari F2001 Japan GP (1/20 Tamiya)

I didn't have any issues with either of my SMS C/F template sets.....

The F1-2000 and F1-2001 templates were almost perfect.

Great job

It's always nice to see an OOB that blows you away just as much as super detailed one - and your does that. Kudos
