Three Subs

I have two 12 inch pioneer champions that are powered by a 2700 watt amp. I am buying another one and am wondering how to wire the whole set-up. I know I need a new box and another amp. But my question is how should I wire it with two different amps?

Re: Three Subs

going from 2 subs to 3 subs of the same type and size will not net much extra output and make getting the right amp load very difficult.

Re: Three Subs

Its a 2700 watt amp that is 2 channel but can be bridged into 4 channel. I just bought a 1000 watt kenwood amp. Its 2 channel and can be bridged into 4 channel. Should i get rid of the 2700 watt amp and get two smaller 1200 watt amps or what?

Re: Three Subs

I dont plan on bridging them. The RMS on the 2700 watt amp is 1300 RMS. And the 1000 watt amp is 500 RMS.
