Transmission won't go in Reverse

Hello,
My 98 3/4 ton van doesn't go in reverse. It use to when it was warm, now it won't at all. I've changed the filter but that did nothing... HELP!!!

Welcome to AF. It has to come out for repairs the reverse hub/spline is stripped, sorry.
