replacing dashboard lights

Just out of curiosity, how difficult, or easy, is it to change the dashboard lights, and while I'm at it, the instrument cluster lights?

I have a 95 and half of my dashboard is burned out, so at night I can see only half of the speedometer, and none of the tachometer. Also, any ideas as to what bulbs I'll be needing?

As for the instrument cluster, the lights around the A/C switches have been out for quite some time, and I figure if I'm going to take the dash panel off anyway, I might as well do those too, but how simple is it?

any thoughts/tips?

the dash panels are easy to remove most are just cliped into place...using dish soap and water spray parts to be removed so as to lube these clips and reduce force require to pull off...plastic this old WILL crack..
