99 sl2

what is the difference of the sl2 homecoming edition and the normal sl2? is there a value difference?

also....
my sl2 has a vibration when i come to a stop i am thinking that it is a tranny mount or a motor mount, when i put the car in neutral the vibration decreases... what do you think?

Re: 99 sl2

More than likely the top motor mount. You can check it by watching this video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWN3tplXr8U
Then replace it watching this video:

Remember to loosen and retighten the other mounts after you install your new top mount.

Does the car vibrate the same when the brakes are released? Could be "warped" rotors.

Not to sure what the Homecoming edition had. If anything it was fully loaded. Not all SL2's are fully loaded
