97 s-10 Blazer ignition

The key wont turn back to the lock pos. on my blazer. It was doing the same thing a yr. ago and I had a new ignition switch installed which seemed to have fixed it but now its doing the same thing. I noticed that even after I had the new switch put in that I would have to jiggle the floor shift to get the key out of the lock pos. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution? Thanks

Check post #5 here;

Also, go to the top of the treads, enter the "How to" section, and search that section for key switch solenoid.

It's completey unrelated to the Ignition switch module.
