Noooo! Not another code!

Just after I got my call all fixed up and finally got the check engine light off, ANOTHER code comes up.

"Transmission Pressure Switch Manifold".

Wtf does that mean? I forgot the number, but it was 24 or 28...

Could this possibly be caused by accidentally trying to back out of a parking space only to notice I had the needle in between R and N?
