PO452 Fuel Sensor Low Input

Have a 98 chevy blazer and my check engine light came on for this code. It goes off after I fill up on gas but when I get low it comes back on again. My gas cap disconnected from itself and I actually have the unscrew the bottom part when filling up. I also hear a high pressure release when I open the cap like opening a bottle of pepsi. Doesn't sound normal? Any suggestions?

Replace the Gas cap. You problem will probably go away.
