please help me, i am new!

well i have a 90 eagle talon

i am really choked up and i need someone to help me please
well the engine i had in my car was a non turbo engine and was a 2.0L, so i send my head to get rebuilt. since i was waiting to get the head back i was tyhinking of just getting a turbo engine. so i don't know what to do. first i want some one to answer these questions because i don't know what to do:

1: if i get a turbo engine can i put my rebuilt head that was on my non-turbo engine??

2: do i have to change my ECU in order to get the engine working??

3: what else i missed that i didn't mention, and please someone tell me what do i need to do??!! or please tell me how to get this working safe and easy?!!

who ever tells me i really thank you for helping me , because i am very confused!

i'm new too and i can answer one thing you might not know. You will need a new turbo exhaust manifold and an inter cooler. As far as heads and ecu, i don't think it matters.

ur going to have to replace or get an intercooler, blow off valve, wiring harness, ECU, intercooler piping, sensors, vacuum lines etc. good luck and enjoy the turbo . if its possible, i would cancel the rebuild if possible and just get the 4G63T, it'll save you time, money and hassel.
