94 taurus fuse problems

i have a 94 ford taurus and about a month ago the fuel pump died. I replaced the pump and the relay. Ever since the 10amp minio in the box under the hood keeps failing. it doesnt look blown and i cant keep a 10 in there anymore. The car will only run with a 20 amp or higher and when it goes the fuel pump cuts out. I had it to the garage and they spent an entire day tracing wires looking for shorts or ground problems and they came up with nothing. The whole system was gone through and the garage and I cant find anything. Ford said they will have to just start replacing things until it goes away. That is not what I want done due to the expense. If anyone can help me I would Love ya forever!!!!!!

Re: 94 taurus fuse problems

Which fuse is it? There should be a desription in the owners manuel of what circuits it protects. I am sure there are lots of ten amp fuses in the fuse block?
