tranny problem

Hi
tranny problem 2001 honda accord ex 4 cyl.
trans. shifts hard when car is cold,
after a mile or 2 warms up shift nice no problems.
what is it?

How many miles do you have on your car?

What are the conditions of your fluid? If it is brown replace it. Unfortunately you need Honda ATF. Drain and refill. Do not flush.
