CCFL Halo Replacement
I Bought
http://www.migicute.com/pgrandam99pbk.html and the Rings(CCFL bulbs) are blown. I was wondering if anyone can link me to where I can buy new ones or how to replace them. I can't seem to find anything on them.

Welcome to AF!
I dont think the bulbs are replaceable, you'll need to buy new lights. Though you might look up the manufactorer of the head lamps and see if they carry bulbs. Or the site you linked to, ask them.
