1991 Buick P.A. ignition coil assembly! How to Check?

Can anyone tell us how to check 1991 Buick P.A. ignition coil assembly? Car is not starting and all other parts have been replaced :

1. coil& module assemb
2. I.A.C. Valve
3. Plugs and cables
4. Crankshaft and cam shaft sensor, and cables between Crank and Cam sensors
5. Mass/ Air flow sensor
6. Elect control module

Can anyone help us solve this problem?

Welcome to AF. I am switching this to the PA forum below for a better chance for responses. Ok so here we are, I assume no spark to the plugs, ? do you have fuel pressure at the rail, will it start spraying carb cleaner into the intake?
