ing module replacement
i have a 93 olds cutlass ciera.
its been sitting up for about 3 years. tryed starting it, it cranks, but no fire. replaced the igm control module from a junker. the coil packs on my car the 6-3 pack is on top. the donar car its on the bottom. i switched the module and coil packs. my question is as long as the plug wires are right, does the pack placement matter? thanks for any help |

Re: ing module replacement
Welcome to AF!
Are these extras from a cutlass ciera ?? If they are one would assume they are compatable. If you still dont get spark test the crank position sensor.

Re: ing module replacement
thanks for the response.
yes they are extras, but on my car the 6-3 coil pack is on top. the car they came off of its on the bottom. does this matter as long as the spark plug wires are on correctly? |
