Rear Air Bag Replacement/ power steering sensor

Hey guys just a quick question. I have a 95 TC Sig. with 174k on her. I love this car! Anyway the rear airbags went out<who'd have guessed?> and I decided not to replace them so I bought rear coil springs for a 93 TC and they popped right into place. I paid $100. for the springs and put em in myself. cheap fix. I was told to go behind the glove box and either cut or remove the green wire from the connector to get the "Check Air Susp" light to stay out. Well that worked but it also took out the power steering sensitivity switch on the left side of the dash. I reconnected the green wire cause the steering was so sensitive it looked like i was driving drunk all the time! The light is back on but the steering is so damn touchy that i'm all over the road. I'm assuming those 2 systems are run off the same module and i just have to deal with it unless you guys have a REAL solution? I've been pulled over 3 times for drunk driving and i've been sober every time! At least i'm getting to meet all the boys in blue! LOL!!

Re: Rear Air Bag Replacement/ power steering sensor

What I usually do, is dis connect the connectors on the module to get the air suspension to go out and always tape up the connector ends. I don't think the stearing runs off that module. Who told you to cut wires? Don't like the sound of that.
