92 Yukon no start unless tps is unpluged
i have a 92 yukon 5.7L it will not start when cold and is hard to start when warm unless the tps is unplugged then starts nice, but when tps is plugged in it also idles about 2000 rpms hot and cold. just installed the engine, checked for vacume leaks. and no codes

interesting, how did you know to unplug the TPS if there are no codes?

Scan it and look at the coolant temp sensor inputs starting with a cold engine, also look at the tps readings while doing the scan.

ok, after i calmed down and decided not to burn a gm, i looked and found a bad ground on the rear right head and solved all my problems
