Exclamation Turbos with skunk2 stage 1 cams?

Hey what's up, I'm about ready to get some stage 1 skunk2 cams and the whole top end redone, anyway I heard you can't use some cams with turbos. Is this true? I really don't understand why it would matter if you have cams because all they do is retard the timing differently giving you more hoarse power. Why would putting a turbo on it not work?

I'm no expert on this but as far as I know with increased compression you'd have to retard the timing because the quicker explosion would hit too early on the crankshaft rotation otherwise which would loose HP and could cause damage eventually. There might be other issues I don't know about with cams and turbos though.
