cruise control & abs problem

I have a 2001 windstar and the abs light always comes on after I drive for about 1 half of a km. Also when I use cruise control the van pulsates and the odometer moves up and down. I have replaced the brake pressure switch and the abs sensor on the front right wheel but it never changed anything. Does anyone know what this could be?
