360 spider seatbelts... where are they?

Does this car not have any seatbelts?

Considering that the receptacle where the metal clip goes into is clearly visible between the seats, I would say it does have seatbelts.....

Where they are situated, I don't know......

Maybe they're stuffed behind the seats for show purpose...that is wut my dad does with his Lightning truck...
