Performance parts for the US Evo...and dyno results!
I just browsed the evolutionm.net forums, and found a few shops that have performance parts avalable for the USDM Evo already.
One of them is Pruven Performance. Known for tuning some of the fastest DSMs around, they obviously have experience in tuning the 4G63. Pruven dynoed a stock Evo and got 223whp on an awd Dynojet. They have already completed a "Stage I" round of mods and now have 273whp. http://www.pruvenperformance.com/lancer.html Another is Vishnu Performance Systems. Though primarily a Subaru tuner, Vishnu will begin offering parts for the Evo as well. They used a Dyno Dynamics Dynomometer, which tends to register a bit lower than other types of dynos. They got 180whp out of their Evo. www.vishnutuning.com Yet another is Vivid Racing. They also used a Dyno Dynamics Dynomometer, but still got 232 stock hp from their Evo, on 91 octane. www.vividracing.com Auto Motor Sports converted their Evo to fwd and it dynoed at 258whp. They said with only a 12% drivetrain loss, the car should be making 290hp at the crank. Messing around with some settings(no bolt-ons or boost controller) netted them 280whp. www.automotosports.com

I just found a snippet from Buschur Racing as well.
Baseline dyno and some light tuning. They got 254whp on a Dynojet, but this was with a welded diff.
