need help confused

Ok so i'm planning on buying a honda prelude 1997-2001 and i want to do a lot of work to it. i'm going to have a shop in dallas rebuild the engine, put in new pistons that will handle the trubo i'm buying, new cam gears, cam shafts, new stage 2 clutch and new flywheel. when i install my turbo after all of that i'm not sure how the exhaust will work. if i buy a performance exhaust is it going to fit with the new turbo??? also do i need to buy a turbo exhaust manifold?? i'm new to working on cars i just know exactly what i want and have the money to do it all. other than the engine work i can do most of it but i'm new to all of this and am trying to learn what things i NEED to do so i don't damage anything and to maximize my performance. any help would be much appreciated. also i plan on driving this car everyday when i'm done so i'll leave it at 8psi but i dont know how to do that or really anything else. just need a lot of clarity and understanding before i get home from deployment and start this whole process so it'll be smoother for me and to minimize any possible errors or mistakes caused from ignorance.
