what is the typical temp readings in 2005?

I see that the meter is on the middle (100 degrees)
since i just got the truck, i am not sure if this normal or should it be in the first 1/3 of the scale as it was in my older cars

Aren't there actual degrees marked on the gage, should be, around 190-210 is normal.
