P 0301 Code on Colorado

I keep getting a P 0301 trouble code on my 2005 Colorado (5 cyl). I looked it up and it shows a misfire on cylinder 1. Keeps coming on but the truck seems to be running fine. Anyone had this problem? I have checked the wires and since it is running O.K. I just erase the code. However, just curious if anyone is having the same issue? If so, what was your fix? Thanks

How many miles do you have? Have you replaced the plugs and wires? If not, that would be my first step. Also, could be a blown coil pack on #1.

51,000 miles. Thanks for the feedback, it is getting frustrating erasing the code every day, but the truck is running great.
