I was just going through the old civic forum i used to be on when I saw this for sale!

That car is nice. I like all of the custom shaving but I am not a big fan of chrome rims. They aren't that bad but I wouldn't buy them.

Yes! That is one of my very favorite 4th Gens. I've posted pics of it in the forum a few times before, but I've never seen the list of mods or pics of the engine bay. That dude went crazy shaving everything! (Door handles, corner lense, antenna, tails, etc.).
I think I got the big pics from http://civix.drive.to and since Ami has moved all those images to the www.4thgenerationcivic.com site, they should be in the picture gallery. Nice...
