maybe the military to entice 15 + 16 year olds to join??
just like how they make those some of the humvees all painted up and nice..

or just some person who wants to hide his car in the desert.

btw. the exhaust on that look like turrets!

Its just a (replica) lambo C, it would have been much worse if it was done to a real classic like a porsche 911, bmw 3.0cs or a Miura. But i guess that if you want a reliable Coutach a kit car is the way to go. Since the real car is a unreliable piece of S**T. Cool painjob.
