Looking for mk1/mk2 Golfies...
Does anyone know where to find VW Golf mk1 or mk2 golfs(from europe)? I'm tired of looking from eBay stores cause those are all in America or something... Maybe someone could buy one from he's local hobbyshop and then send it to me?!?? I'll pay it back of course.
Or do you know any other good webstores from europe? Or has someone got an unbuilt golf, and could sell that for me?

I'll be looking very closely to your thread 'cos I'm also searching all kind of Vw Golf kits. Here is a link Laurent, aka GTI1800 , gave me. It shows all the kits of Golf Mk1 and Mk2 that have been done. Golf kits I know that Fujimi has reissued a kit, here it is on hlj: Golf Mk II GTI and the Tamiya Golf Racing Golf Racing --edit-- I forgot the RM Golf Tuner Golf Tuner About buying these kits, I don't know where to find them in Europe. I only know hlj , towerhobbies , ... to buy kits online but nothing in Europe. Can't help you more, sorry  Deedlit

If you're after European suppliers you could try www.hannants.co.uk. They're based in the UK but tend to concentrate mostly on military/aviation kits, but they might have some Golf kits.

HLJ has approximate shipping charges on their site. I paid 780yen shipping (SAL small pac) last November when I ordered a Hasegawa Stratos from them. I believe it's going to cost you about the same if you order just one car kit.
SAL is quite fast usually, you can get your order in one to two weeks. -Mikko

With a certified bank check.
Make your order on hlj, you will receive the complete cost (shipping + kit) by mail, go to your bank , ask them to send a check of the complete amount in US$ to the address in the mail hlj sent you and it's done. The bank will send the check , and when hlj receives it you will be informed by mail.
