OBD 1 Diganostic software and adapter?

hi is there a device that gives live streaming of data for OBD 1 vehicles i found one for GM but i need one for Chrsyler is there one for that i like to build one u can find stuff for OBD 2 but i need one for OBD 1 to see if a transmission is shifting right

i found that you can make a OBD1 connector for GM to read live data streaming of codes and what not i guess but why is it only offered for GM vehicles but not say chrsyler?

i wanna be able to reset transmission codes and find out if the solinodes are working
