laguna petrol sounding like a diesel!!
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about this.
i have a Renault laguna 2001 1.8 16v and has 90K miles on the clock. when the engine starts up it sounds fine, but after a little while, when the engine is heated up it starts to sound like a diesel engine. Now the engine runs smooth, but this noisy purring diesel sound doesnt sound right!! Would it be valves?? worn tapeds?? Really appreciate if someone can help me on this one. cheers |
