Rear coil spring question

Does anyone know where I can get info on spring rate, load height, etc. on an 01 Lesabre rear springs? Moog lists this as 80659 according to Advance auto parts, but it does not say if it's the Grand Touring spring (stiffer) or the regular one (softer). This spring is also not listed on Moog's spring rate chart, as in this website:

Also, will rr. springs from an earlier model such as a 93 fit on an 01?
