Question camaro/nova front-end under '56 pu

I'm looking to put camero front frame stubs under '56 chev pickup for the hubs and brakes improvements. Seems that I have seen a set of 'frame stub adaptors' to help with a conversion like this. Am I dreamin'?

I would consider using something fairly new, maybe from an IROC Z Camaro. Check out sites like TCI and Fatman for options, I know they make something for almost anything.

You should also join the HAMB forum which stands for Hokey A$$ Message Board. Those guys are the experts and should be your best source of what to do.
