program for keyless remote for 2004 Rodeo

I purchased an additional remote entry for my 2004 Isuzu Rodeo. I don't have the instructions to program it. Someone else told me what they thought was correct but they do not seem to work. I never seem to get to the point where my SUV goes into the program mode.
does someone have a copy?

Not sure if they changed anything between '02 and '04 but here is the info for '98-02 at least...

Programming is the same for all FCC: HYQ1512R remotes.
