Unhappy wet drivers side floor

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Ive run water all along the windshield with no indication of where the water is coming from. Could I have a missing plug/grommet along the floor or firewall?

Welcome onto the boards there!

Check the coolant? Passenger side juicy too? Been through standing water? Seen rain?

Re: wet drivers side floor

are you sure it's water and not antifrezze? because i'm wandering if it's not heater core because it's on passenger side where gets wet because heater core is on that side.

Re: wet drivers side floor

did you take garden hose and spray around the windows on passenger side to see where it was coming in at? really spray it and it would be better if someone was in car so they can see where it's coming from.
good luck...

Re: wet drivers side floor

I have the same problem on my 2004 cavalier. I pulled back the carpet and could see water dripping down in the corner when I ran the A/C. How do I get it to stop? Took the car in and the mech. found the heater core leaks. It did not look like ati freeze but it was. Car is fixed now
