Cold Air Intake and Throttle Body Spacer Suggestions!!

I have a 99 blazer with the 4.3L v6... currently I have dual exhaust on it with a 3" high flow converter into a single inlet dual outlet muffler and i heard if you get cold air intake and throttle body spacer along with the exhaust you will really notice a difference... what kind of cia and tbs would you suggest? Any other good suggestions for more power?
