motor swap

I think the motor in my car is done for.
I have a 94 summit 1.5 5spd. My wife was driving it and the harmonic balancer came off. It imediately died, so she pulled over. We found the balancer, and it did have the gear on it, so the timing is screwed and I'm sure some valves are gone, if not more.
I am going to rip the head off and see what is going on.
If all else fails, I was thinking about doing a motor swap. After all, that 1.5 isn't too much. I was thinking of a 3.8 supercharged out of a grand prix or bonneville. I know that I will have to do some fabricating and cutting, but I am ready for the task. I just finished a motor swap in my truck, now I am ready for another. Plus, can you imagine a 2 door summit with a supercharged 3800? That is going to fly!!
