help

just recieved a 2000 sportage, last owner had all 4 oxygen sensors installed dont know when. he says cel codes say needs o2 sensors any help as to what to look for to repair would be apprieciated. dont have in possetion yet , 4x4 auto i got it for 300 dollers as i want to fix for my daughter for college

I dont have truck yet i bought on blind from my neighber who was going to donate it because hes had enough putting money into it so i offered to buy for 300 dollars. as far as i know he drove to work every day with it. the cel stays on and he says sick fixing it with no luck ,once i get it ill get back to you with what i find.near end of month.he says he had o2 sensors replaced( dont know when)and cel still on
