93 Grand Prix Keyless remote programing
Does anyone know how to program a keyless remote for a 93 Grand Prix SE? It is a model #ABOO103T

Did your car come factory with keyless entry, or is this an aftermarket unit?

Re: 93 Grand Prix Keyless remote programing
If your car came with factory keyless entry, there is a wire (black or black with a white stripe) in the trunk near the antenna in the right rear fenderwell. Take a jumper wire and ground this wire. If the system works, you should hear the locks cycle when the wire is grounded. Next, take your remote and press and hold the lock and unlock buttons until you hear the locks cycle again. Repeat this step with each remote if you have more than one, then disconnect your jumper wire. If everything is working properly, you should be all set.

MAN YOU ARE AWSOME! Thank You it worked perfectly! On both remotes. I always wondered what that wire (Black with White stripe with male plug) was that went nowhere...
