Not yet.
In the summer, it's usually dry here, so it never happens except for when I wash the car...and then it only lasts for a couple of minutes and then it's gone. We're now getting into the rainy season again, and it can do that all day long when it's raining. Right now, it's more rain here and there, but not daily yet. I will likely start looking into it again, soon. Actually, we should be expecting some rain this weekend, so I may see if I can work on it then. I'll post with answers. No offense, but I'm glad that you have the problem, too. Now I know I haven't gone mad.
