4.0 to 4.632v Dohc Conversion issues

I came across a sweet deal for a 4.6 out of a rolled over stang there doesn't seem to be any major damage. I also have a little 98 ranger thats been sitting in the yard for a while and got a little curious if the motor would be a fit and if theres any major issues that I need to look at aside from computer and injection?? any body got ideas
