95 SL2 manual will not start

Just had the Transmission cable replaced this weekend. The car ran perfect all weekend. Came home yesterday was home about an hour, and got ready to leave again. The car will not turn over, click, anything.
Had the battery checked. GOOD. Got a Clutch switch, still won't start. Took out the starter.....test GOOD.
Now what? Could it be a fuse....and where? Wire, ground? It starts on a push off and poppin the clutch, but won't start when you turn it off. WHat to do? Please help.

Check the wires under the steering wheel. Make sure there is nothing loose. Check all the fuses under the hood and inside the passenger side kick panel. It almost sounds like the ignition assemby itself is at fault.

Where did you get the starter tested? I had the same problem on my 96, autozone tested starter said it was good, napa said it wasnt. the zone dosen't put a load on their test. They just check if it turns and if it will engage.
