87 chevy k5 head problem?

i have an 87 chevy k5 with TBI and i dont drive it that much got a new 2000 silverado but maybe once a week or every 2 weeks ill start it up and maybe drive around the block or somthin, well today i went started it and decied to take it to taco bell just to drive it agian and it needed to be driven, any way not that far of a drive well about half way there a car slowed down turned then when i accelrated it downshifted and took off like normal and when it downshifted it probly only hit about 3.5-4k rpms maybe, didnt floor it well about 5 secs later i look in mirror ot change lanes and cant see anything, i was dumpin a TON of smoke out the back ( found later the driver side exhuast was, have true duels) so i checked all gages which were norm and turned around and made it home np and i let it idel went checked exhuast and at idel not much at all but the more rpms the more smoke, well i went parked it moved my new truck back and moved the blazer into its spot started no problem and moved fine but smoked, i figured i thought i blew the driver side bank headgasket, o it was drippin almost steady spray of liquid ( coolant i think) out the left exhuast also, well i was bumed but new the gasket was not that big of a deal, had a honda pos for about 3 months with a blown head gasket and it would do same smoke etc etc any way the honda would restart no problem with it blown, the part that gets me is i went out probly 3-4 hrs later after the incident and when i tryed ot stat it it probly turned over once and stoped with a very loud clank thud like it just seized, this scared me and thought i probly should look up more info incase its somthin mechcanical, only thought i have now is that the cylinders are filled with coolant, was goin to pull all 8 plugs tomm and try cranking it and hope ot god it pumps liquid out and thats all, if not.... any help or other ideas thanks, srry its a long story but thought more details would help, plz help thanks.
