Just bought a 94 T-Bird

Hello,
Just bought a beautiful 94 with the 4.6 V-8. The check engine light is on and I was wondering where the connection for my OBD scanner is?

Thanks

Look up under the middle of the dash.

Re: Just bought a 94 T-Bird

Thanks, I found it under the glove box, pretty prominant. Just didnt think to look on the other side.
FYI, if anyone is searching the threads, what i learned is that OBD II was mandatory for 96 on but could be used in earlier years. My emissions sticker under the hood said "OBD II certified" so thats why I went searching even though the local shops told me it was OBD I. My scanner worked perfectly and told me the fault.
