1995 lesaber air conditioning compressor
Hello im a newbe
1995 lesaber 215,000 miles 3800 engine my problem is air conditioning compressor will not engauge I checked freon gauge showing full. checked fuses good. Looked at orifice tube not black or no metal particals. I need to know which relay under hood is the correct one for compressor.any other suggestions would be apprecated. Thank you.

Welcome to AF! Here is the layout of all the under-hood relays. BTW, I assume you did evacuate the system & recharge; otherwise you could not remove the orifice tube. When you recharged the system, was the compressor running?

Yes I had the system evacuated and recharged the Compressor was not running before.

You cannot totally recharge the system if the compressor is not running. Did you disconnect the negative battery cable before recharging? If not, try that to see if the compressor will come on.

Disconected negitive cable recharged system commpressor now comes on. Air is cold thank you for your help I apprecate your suggestions for helping me figure this out.
