2003 Sierra Front Wheel moan

I have a front wheel moan on my Sierra 4x4 and the noise seems more prevelent between 25mph to 45 mph when it is the loudest? What could be going bad a wheel bearing or axle bearing?

Get the wheel in the air and spin it, and see if you hear or feel anything that ain't kosher.
