Our new shop car!

So I recently got a new job, and right around that time the owner of the place decided we needed a shop car. So after a trip down to L.A. him and the other main guy there (there are 4 of us that work there) drove it up along the coast and then back here to our shop in ND.

Here is what they came back with...

First one to figure out what it is gets a cookie! (excluding MZR_47 and 701_3KGT since he works there also...you guys get untimely death if you answer)

We cruised around in it today...my god do people stare at you! Just thought I would share this with everyone.

Oh and these pics were taken in Oregon, in case someone was thinking ND looked that that...trust me, it looks nothing like that here! Ill get some more pics out at the shope soon!

You sir, get a cookie. Lol

Its a 94 NSX with a Veilside kit. It also has a comptech supercharger @7psi and supporting mods of course. Supposedly around ~400whp

We are actually mostly using it as a show car when we travel to events around the country

Re: Our new shop car!

They brought it up from California. These guys make custom headlights for cars, mostly 350z.

www.cincitydesigns.com

And Torched, suck my fucking balls for being person number 2 to take that job from me.

Re: Our new shop car!

Well, then he's a bastard. But hey, it's gloomy and rainy a lot there. So HA!

Sweet though man. I wish I had a company car like that. Be glad, you could have ended up with a FWD Ford Escape.

Re: Our new shop car!

veilside killed the nsx look with that kit. it looks like a wannabe F40 from the back, and a carrera gt from the front. i have no idea how old that kit is though...

i envy you for that shop car...reminds me i saw the most random hatch the otherday. i shoulda got a pic of it. it was a early 90s civic hatch with a '00 celica headlights, fogs and bumper with g37 tails. it was weird.

Re: Our new shop car!

That IS weird. There is a 90s civic hatch on the CiNcity boards that has a Chrysler 300M grille.... :o

Re: Our new shop car!

That is a sweet looking car. The back doesn't look like an NSX at all.

Re: Our new shop car!

looks exactly the same as the nsx in tokyo drift only this one's white not yellow.
if you don't know the one i'm talking about, it's in the garage(hans) when he enters for the first time, and also in the intro to the underground racing world of japan where he races, it's next to a silver gtr.

back does look ferrari-ish, just not f40, maybe f50. the front, no not even close to a carrera gt, just the same as the front end for a veilside supra

Re: Our new shop car!

Yeah we are planning on doing something with the tail light, because they look kinda like cheap truck-stop lights. And we are obviously going tot do a little work on the headlights, but nothing too major.

As far as we know, there are 3 veilside NSX's in the U.S. and apparently this one is the only on with the scoops on the top of the rear fenders. I havent looked into it, so I cant confirm this to be 100% correct, but I love the thing nonetheless!

There are a few inmperfections on the car once you get up close though, and the rims are slightly curbed....which still makes me wonder how the kit doesnt have curb marks on it, being as wide as the rims and very low

Re: Our new shop car!

He could have done what I did.... rolled the rim over on accident and scratched the shit out of it
