starting problems......again....HELP!!!

wassup guys....
I'm having starting problems again. You guys always seem to know what's wrong. You've helped me get my car fixed 3 times. But here I am once again......
Alright so heres the story....
I go to start my car this morning and the damned thing won't start. It clicks but won't start. So I ask my next door neighboor to give me a boost cuz I just figured that I had left my lights on overnight or something. So he gives me a boost....the car starts right up no problem. So then I let it run for 10 minutes, periodically revving it to charge the battery. Then I unhook the booster cables and the car still runs. So i shut the car off, go to start it and it just clicks again. So I pull out my trusty ol' multimeter and my battery is fine...it's giving off 12.3 volts. So then, why doesn't my car start?
I also checked my connections. They appeared to be fine, but it was just a quick glance. I also sanded down both my terminals to a brand new shine. I also sanded down my ground to a new shine as well....but It didn't help at all.
Please help....

yah it clicks.....but it doesn't turn over. If I keep turning the key for like 10 seconds....it doesn't click anymore...it just sounds like the battery is dead. but it's wierd cuz when I hooked my battery up to my neighbor's battery, the car started right up with one quick turn of the key....

this sounds like a battery problem. you need to get the load checked on it. You need to drive it man. Letting it run works to charge the battery but what you need to do is get it on the road and see how it acts

Under the dash on the driver side, almost right under the coin tray.
