Phantom Shifting

Has anyone heard of or had this problem?My 2002 Envoy will shift out of 2WD and go into 4WD without me turning it switch or anything. I asked someone about it and they told me that it's called phantom shifting and is a computer problem. I need help.

Welcome to AF. Replace the dash switch, this also was a early production problem on the 2002 trucks, had to on mine.
