Which wheels compatible with a 94 9C1?

Hi all,

I've tried searching to come up with a more definitive answer but wasn't able to.

With winter approaching, looking to get used wheels to throw some winters on it (which is currently on the rims for my 89, but this year, the 94 will be the main winter warrior).

I haven't been able to find any replacement n97s in my area, so I was wondering if anybody has any input on which wheels (stock) would likely be compatible from other cars.

There is a 91 caprice civi wheels that someone is selling, but from my understanding, the 94 has the disk brakes which require more clearance and ventiliation so therefore it would not be compatible.

The only other that I'm quite certain is either from a civi 94-96 caprice or Roadmaster.

Can anybody confirm this or add any additional suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Re: Which wheels compatible with a 94 9C1?

I have a '94 disc rear on my '88 and I've found that a stock 1988 wheel with the 5-on-5 bolt circle works well. I am now using Cragar 342 steel wheels (these are like the AmericanRacing AR767, NASCAR style wheels) and again, work very well.

You don't need a special wheel, contrary to a lot of internet misinformation.

ahh, cool, so I guess U can take the extra rims I used on my 89 Caprice (9c1 5x5) and use it for the 94 9C1 without any clearance or ventiliation issues I guess.
